• The voucher entitles the bearer to 4 Nights 5 Days tour in India subject to the chosen destination and the date of travel being available.
• This offer is open to customers aged 18 years or above. In case of children, at least one adult member preferably parent should accompany them.
• 3 Star Hotel/Resort will be served.
• Meals (Breakfast & Dinner) will be served in the hotel/resort. Transport will be served for pick-drop from nearest Airport/railway station/Bus-stand and for local sightseeing according to the shared route and itinerary.
• You will be responsible for any damage caused to the hotel \Resort and Cab during your trip and will be asked to pay for the damage (if any) to the Resort/Cab directly.
• Redemption of this promotional package can be confirmed only if applied 45 days prior to your tour date. Only completely filled Booking Form along with a photocopy of Destination Waves’ invoice against which the package has been purchased will be entertained.
• The voucher is valid for 9 months from the date of purchase.
• The Hotel has the right to charge for additional facilities like extra bed, telephone calls, heaters, laundry and other leisure facilities availed by the customer during the stay at the Hotel. Any such payment towards utility charges will be payable in full to the Hotel directly by the customer at the time of Check-out.
• The driver has the right to charge for any additional sightseeing which is not mentioned in the scheduled itinerary.
• Group booking (Request for processing two or more vouchers together at one time) will not be entertained and will stand cancelled. In order to avail this offer, the Booking Request voucher must be completely filled and emailed to connect@destinationwaves.in along with your valid identity proof (Voter Id/Passport/Driving License/Aadhar-card etc.) scan copy.
• Booking in a hotel/ Resort will be done in the same name of the customer specified in the booking form. A proof of identity is required for booking and is also to be produced at Time of check -in at the Hotel.
• A confirmation e-mail will be issued in the name of the customer by Destination Waves once the booking in the Hotel/resort has been done.
• All standard terms and condition of Destination Waves shall also apply.
• Destination Waves and its affiliate companies/officers/employees/agents and distributors have no liability in relation to any claims, losses, and damages whether direct or indirect arising out in relation to stay during the holiday.
• Destination Waves and its affiliates/officers/employees will not be responsible or liable to meet any claim of the customer against any accident, injury or death etc. caused to the customer or any other person travelling along with the customer, either during the course of their travel or in other manner in relation to Destination Waves voucher or the company itself. Customers are responsible for arranging their Flight/Train/Bus tickets.
• No changes can be made once the booking has been confirmed. Any charge for cancellation or the additional services should be informed at the time of booking.
• Specific Hotel/Resort booking is subject to availability. It is extremely limited during public, bank and school holiday periods. No bookings will be accepted for the period starting from 20^th Dec to 7^th
• Booking will also be entertain through our customer-care helpdesk Number. The customer care helpdesk is available from Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Any person availing this Promotional Deal shall be considered explicitly agreeing to the complete terms and conditions of the company. All members must have adequate travel insurance before traveling whilst purchase of insurance is not mandatory under the terms and condition of this voucher. It is strongly recommended to ensure sufficient cover in case of any mishap.
• Destination Waves reserves the right to ask for alternate Travel date and Destination.
• It is mandatory to carry the original identity proof which need to be produced at the time of starting your trip.
• Final Booking Confirmation Voucher (hotel name and cab details) will be sent through email. No changes thereafter will be entertained.
• This Promotional Offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-redeemable against cash and can be used only once.
• The offer does not include any other service or facilities not mentioned here in.
• Customer escalations and disputes are subject to jurisdiction of court in Uttar Pradesh, India only.
